This month the headlights shine toward the west to Seattle, on BikerOne member Michael Bledsoe.

In addition to his business and motorcycle activities, Michael Bledsoe has been a professional formula race car driver, holding both FIA (International) and SCCA PRO race drivers licenses as a competitor in the Toyota Atlantic Championship, an international race series which features open wheel formula cars which reach speeds of 170 mph.

Bio

  • Michael Bledsoe grew up on a cattle ranch in Ellensburg, Washington.

  • B.A. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 1966

  • 1967 - 1983, consultant in the telecommunications industry

  • A founding member and past President of The Society of Telecommunication Consultants

  • co-authored "Telecommunications in the U.S., Trends and Policies"

  • 1983, Bledsoe founded and became Chairman of the Board of Telecalc, Inc

  • founded Motorsports Television Network in 1989 to produce and syndicate television shows about professional motorsports racing. MTN's shows have been seen by viewers all across America on regional sports cable networks such as Prime Ticket.

  • 1990 through the present, Michael founded BCCT Equity Partners, which constructed the largest Affordable Housing Project for seniors (256 units) ever undertaken in the State of Washington.

  • 1990, founded Information Advantage Corporation, which provides automobile valuation reports, and automotive related products, books and videos through the Internet. Information Advantage also created and publishes a 35,000 subscriber daily list on the Internet called Inspire.

Since 1975 Michael and his wife Anne founded and operate one of Seattle’s top hair salons, Headlines Salon. Headlines is 2nd out of 84 stores in $/ft in Washington’s most successful shopping center, University Village. Mr. Bledsoe is President of the Merchant Association at the University Village Mall. Headlines Salon was named by Salon Today Magazine as one of the nation’s fastest growing salons.
